When are cards available and how can I buy them?
Cards are dropped Every THURSDAY at 8PM EST, except on major holidays. We drop 'Ambassador Packs' or 'Booster Packs', on alternating weeks. They are generally open preorder, and are available for a week, so the drop closes on the following Wednesday.
Drops are always announced on our socials, so please follow us and sign up for texts and emails!
Whats the difference between the packs?
Ambassador Packs are inspired by a specific festival, event, or tour. Multiple variants are not guaranteed, meaning there may only be one style of card for the entire pack, or several.
Booster Packs are randomized packs, with different variants of cards, consisting of Artist inspired and EDM culture cards
We will occasionally drop special packs or other items that will be explained in their product description
What do I do with the cards?
The intention with ALL of our cards is to use them to make connections, spread the culture and show love to others, through gifting, trading and collecting.
You're probably here because someone gifted you a card at some point, share the love!
How long does it take to get cards?
Our lead time is 6-8 weeks from the close of the drop, but we try to be faster when possible!
We intentionally drop cards for events early with this in mind
My order shows shipped or delivered but i didn't get it yet
Shopify sometimes changes status when we print shipping labels, or when it's in transit. Click on the tracking for more detailed info. If it says 'label created', that just means we are getting it ready to ship
Can I change the address on an existing order?
Generally, no. But you can try to reach out to customerservice@psydequestdesigns.com and we will help if we can
Can I request or suggest cards for an event or artist?
We occasionally post polls on socials for suggestions, but generally what we are offering is what is available! We do our best to cover as many artists and events as possible, based on interest, popularity and our past experience
I've placed an order, but didnt get a confirmation email!
There are several reasons this can happen, if you need to verify, email Customerservice@psydequestdesigns.com and we can look it up for you!
What is your return policy?
At this time we cannot offer any returns. If your cards arrive damaged, or in a condition you were not expecting please reach out and let us know. We care about you and will do what we can to make it right!
What is your refund policy?
We can never guarantee a refund, but if the cards have not been produced yet, and they have not been packaged or shipped, we will try our best
What are 'Quest points' and how do I redeem them?
When you are signed in to our store, your purchases will earn points towards discounts on future orders. In the Quest Points icon, you will see your points earned and what discount they are redeemable for. When you select an offer, a coupon code will be generated for you to use at checkout of your order.
